Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City-West Jordan

I've stayed at this Hampton inn 28 nights out of the last 35 days. Everything has been fine except for a few things. 1 they cleaned my carpets while I was staying there and I still had 6 more days in my room no warning, no offer to change rooms. They even cleaned my furniture, I was staying in a suite. They told me it would dry in 1 day, it took 3 days too dry. 2 I recommend staying on the back side of the hotel the street near the hotel seems to be a local race track ( its not) but the way people drive on that road is ridiculous. I would get woken up at least 2-3 times a night. Otherwise the hotel is great.

The place used to be a lot better. Not happy about the cash only policy. After I made my reservation and paid for it in full. And I was required to pay a $50 deposit on a card. Because they would not take cash. Why was the $50 refundable deposit not just put in the original price when I paid with my card? Why did I have to do a separate deposit? Inside the room the beds webernice the bathtub the The overflow Valve on the bathtub was hanging out. Laminate on the tables was peeling. people smoking by the front door. When nobody was in the pool. There was a lot of dirt on the bottom of the pool. The pool was dirty and smelt heavy of Chemicals. The breakfast both days was really good. And the white-haired gentleman with a mustache. Didn't get his name, that should get a raise. I hope he gets bonuses. He was the guy that was running the. Breakfast Very helpful friend. Made us laugh singing his little song at the end of the breakfast. My wife Describes him as adorable. One of the best parts about the whole stay.

Horrible experience, was charged a conceallation fee of 120 dollars. I was never even explained this policy. I was basically forced to keep the reservation. I drove clear across town, to encounter a very rude Felix who explained policy to me in a very matter of fact type of way. Truth be told I needed that $120 dollars. I'm so upset that I can't even sleep here, it's reined my holiday's. Well Merry Christmas to me!!
